went to badminton training but i could not play , i sprained my wrist again -.- went to de chinese physician to get it done .
after i went in to greet de physician and tell him where i'm nt feeling well he said , again ? -.- 10 needles in total , 45 mins $ 20 . no cold drinks for de time being .. Y.Y

health checkup early in de morning , SS test postponed to next monday . heehee no need strip because my backbone is fine ! hand no strength .. cannot strain or else de doctor would see me again .
pain ... when can it go ?
